New Student Registration

Parents wishing to enroll their child(ren) at Northwood Elementary School need to come to the school in person, complete a few forms, and provide the required documentation as listed below.

The parent must provide proof of residence within the Northwood Elementary School zone.  This can include lease agreement, rental receipt, or utility bill (electric, phone, etc.)

All students transferring from out of state need to provide a Florida physical and a Florida certificate of immunization (shot record.)

First grade students must provide a birth certificate.

Kindergarten students must present a birth certificate, a Florida certificate of immunization (shot record,) a social security card, a school physical dated no later than 12 months prior to the first day of school, and proof of residency.  The child must be 5 years old on or before September 1.

Students begin school the next school day after the registration process is complete.
